Frequently Asked Questions
I have never used Dentrix Enterprise. Should I sign up for a virtual workshop?
No. Workshops are designed for people with some Dentrix Enterprise experience. A better option for anyone completely new to an office that uses Dentrix Enterprise is to watch our Dentrix Enterprise Essentials Online Courses, a resource that is included as part of your Customer Service Plan. Visit the Dentrix Enterprise Resource Center for more info.
Do I get continuing education credits for virtual workshops?
No. CE credits are not awarded for attending our virtual workshops.
What version of Dentrix Enterprise will be used at the workshop?
Workshops are taught with the most current version of Dentrix Enterprise generally available to all Dentrix Enterprise customers.
How will I get access to the workshop?
Before the workshop, you’ll receive an email that includes your workbook, a phone number to call for the workshop audio, and a link to join the virtual classroom. Please note that you will be dialing in by phone for the audio, so if you are using a mobile phone, be sure it is charged or that you have a charger with you in case the battery runs low.
What do I need to have with me when I attend the workshop?
You will need the email that has your login credentials and your workbook, a computer with a reliable internet connection, a phone, earbuds or headphones if you are working in a noisy location, and a pen or pencil to take notes. We recommend printing the workbook and taking notes during the workshop.
Do I need to have Dentrix Enterprise installed on the computer I use?
No. Your computer doesn’t need Dentrix Enterprise. The link you receive to join the workshop is unique to you and will connect you to a virtual computer that has Dentrix Enterprise installed on it.
