On January 12, 2021, Adobe disabled Flash for all users. For Dentrix Enterprise users prior to version 11.0.2, this change has unfortunately caused issues with printing treatment plans. A work-around for this issue is available. You can find the details on the Dentrix Enterprise blog and in the Dentrix Enterprise Resource Center, knowledgebase (KB) article #97060. Initial Adobe announcements indicated that Flash would continue to work even though it would not be supported, giving more time for software updates.
