DENTRIX Enterprise RT 4.0
Henry Schein Practice Solutions is proud to announce the release of DENTRIX Enterprise RT 4.0. This exciting new version will be shipping to all our customers with current customer service plans.

New Features:
Patient and Provider Archives
- A patient archive has been added.
- A provider archive has been added.
Check Payment Enhancement
- The check number will now print next to the description ‘Check payment—Thank you’
on Walkouts, Billing Statements and Family/Patient Ledger printed reports.
Appointment Book Enhancement
- Keep the same provider when selecting an appointment in the Appointment Book and
then switching to the Chart.
CDT Codes
- New CDT codes were added for 2009 – 2010.
Treatment Plan Approval Status
- Track the approval status of a treatment planned procedure via a user defined "status code".
Treatment Plan Approval Report
- Print a report of all Approved Treatment Plans and Statuses.
Email Address Enhancement
- Add the guarantor’s email address to new dependant accounts (when added).
Language Field enhancement
- The language field in the Patient Information Dialog has been added to the Letters; Data Fields tab.
Encounter Number
- An encounter number option has been added to the Print Progress Notes Dialog, that when selected will print the Encounter number in place of the SSN.
Customized Patient Questionnaire
- A print button labeled ‘Print Questions’ has been added to the Patient Questionnaire Dialog.
Clinical Notes
- Provider’s title has been added to the approval line in Clinical Notes, for example: <Approve>; <Date>; <Time>; <User>; <Provider’s title>.
- An option to automatically insert Name and Date into Clinical Notes, has been added to preferences.
Adjustment Types
- Adjustment types have been increased from 99 to 199.
DXOne Reporting Day Sheet
- A chart number option has been added to the DXOne Reporting Day Sheet which will print the patient’s chart number rather than the phone number on the Day Sheet
New and Enhanced RX/Claim Forms
- New Claim Form has been added for Iowa Medicaid [IAMEDF].
- California Claim Forms have been enhanced.
- New Jersey Claim Forms have been enhanced.
- New Pre-treatment Authorization Form for Michigan Medicaid [MIMED2] has been added.
- New Prescription format for Florida requirements [Standard (Month as Text)] has been added.
